大庄园始终关注员工成长与企业发展相结合,把员工成长列入企业的使命。坚持送高层骨干到清华大学EMBA学习,每年都会选送一批基层优秀员工去国外学习交流牛羊肉分割技术,同时成立了大庄园企业商学院,建立了企业个人、团队学习和战略研修相结合的培训体系,同时积极开展员工文体生活和职业技能培训,在全国首届牛肉职业技能分割大赛上,获得冠亚军。
